1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products.
You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided in the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German and English.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions in text form.
For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 Shipping Costs
Standard shipping within Germany costs €5.90. Shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders with a total value of €59 or more, including VAT.
Standard shipping within the European Union costs €11.90. Shipping within the European Union is free of charge for orders with a total value of €99 or more, including VAT.
4.2 Delivery Options
We deliver the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
Delivery is carried out exclusively by shipping.
Collection of goods is not possible.
We deliver within Germany as well as to countries within the European Union.
Delivery to packing stations is not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit Card
During the ordering process, you provide your credit card details.
Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, you must be registered with PayPal, log in using your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after placing the order.
Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
6. Personalized Products
Our products are made individually according to customer specifications (e.g. names or monograms).
The customer is responsible for carefully checking the personalization details provided during the order process, in particular names, initials, or other text, before completing the order.
We do not accept liability for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for personalized products in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

8. Warranty and Guarantees
8.1 Liability for Defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.
8.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information about any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on specific information pages in the online shop.
9. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
