You’ll receive a mockup based on your request before anything is produced. Production only starts after your confirmation.

How does the custom process work?
After you submit your request, we review your ideas and requirements.
If your concept is already well defined, we will create a visual mockup to show how your design could look. If needed, we may follow up with questions or ask for additional files such as logos or references.
Once the design is finalized and approved, you will receive an invoice. Production begins after payment is received.
Can I request a fully custom design?
Yes. We offer custom embroidery requests tailored to your event, including special texts, formats or concepts.
What are the prices for custom made napkins and bows?
Custom designs may include an additional design fee between €40 and €80, depending on the complexity of the request.
Apart from this, the regular product prices apply.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity.

How far in advance should I order?
Our standard production time is approximately 3 weeks, as each piece is handmade individually.
Production starts once the design has been finalized and payment has been received. For weddings and time-sensitive events, we recommend planning ahead.
